EuroLanes, through its “Star” project aims at launching and promoting sustainable projects in our communities.
The “Star” project revolves around the below concepts:
Partnerships
EuroLanes believes that our own success comes from the success of our community. For this, EuroLanes will be partnering with a wide range of organizations that work towards the betterment of the society.
Examples of these partnerships include partial sponsorships for local and regional sports and youth organizations, donations to selected NGOs, sponsorships of educational and training programs and activities.
Customer Collaboration
With EuroLanes following its belief in partnering with our customers, we hold regular “Knowledge Sharing” sessions with customers.
These sessions are aimed to have the customers/partners more aware of the logistics industry and its details, and how they can improve the efficiency of their shipping needs, including reducing their spend with the aim of growing their businesses.
Empowerment and Training
Believing in the power of the youth, and working towards their Empowerment, EuroLanes hosts sessions for all students who show interest in the logistics industry. These sessions are aimed at getting the younger generation better prepared for the future work environment by explaining to them the details of the job.
In addition to these sessions, EuroLanes offers “Paid” internships to students of age who wants to have onsite training.
EuroLanes, and believing in the value of its people, makes sure that each staff gets at least one training course per year. Topics can cover any topic: industry-related, personal development, leadership and management, human skills, etc.
Environment
EuroLanes believes in being an environmentally responsible organization. We aim to achieve this by operating in the most efficient way, reducing our energy consumption, using as much as possible of green and recycled materials, all coupled with efforts to reduce our environmental footprint.
